Re-enrolment using Edana Parent app

Here at Ed-admin, we know that the key to increasing the student retention rate is to create a quick and frictionless process of re-enrolment. That is why we are happy to let you know that guardians can now use Edana Parent app to re-enrol their students as quickly as possible.

How to activate Re-enrolment on Edana Parent app?

Go to Setup module in Ed-admin and follow the path below: “Portal Management > Sponsor/Parent Portal > Registration-Re-enrolments > Policy”
Here you can activate re-enrolment on Edana parent app for different academic years.

How does it look in Edana Parent app?

On the main menu, the parents can find the Re-enrolment button.

On the Re-enrolment page, they may choose to start the re-enrolment or let the school know their student would not be returning.

If they choose the “Re-enroll” option and tap “Next”, they can start the registration process previously set by your institution in Ed-admin.

If they choose the “Student is not returning” option and hit “Next”, they’d be asked to provide a reason for leaving, thus allowing the educational institution to have a better insight into their student retention rates.
