Company

Twenty-five years.
One standard.

Ed-admin has served independent and private schools for 25 years. The product is deep, proven and trusted, the operational backbone for a school that takes its identity seriously.

Who we are

Not schools software. The infrastructure of institutions that happen to be schools.

Ed-admin is a school management platform built for the leadership and governance layer of independent schools. It is not a learning tool and not a classroom product. It is how a school is run, how its data is managed, and how its leadership makes decisions. And for teachers, it simply works: everything already set up, easy to use, and time given back to teaching.

We serve schools with histories, traditions and standards, across South Africa, Zimbabwe, the Middle East and Africa, and we are now bringing that standard to the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand. Our position is earned the same way every year: school by school, renewal by renewal.
